Additional Info:	Combine the agility and rich tone of the clarinet, the noble elegance of the horn, and the broad compass and colors of the piano and you have the Lyric Trio. Performing on college campuses and for church and community concerts, the Lyric Trio repertoire includes works of classical, romantic, and contemporary composers as well as arrangements of popular and jazz standards. In addition to music for the trio, programming may include solo works for clarinet and horn, as well as larger works that expand on the trio instrumentation. The Lyric Trio is committed to developing repertoire for the ensemble, and is actively engaged in commissioning new compositions. In addition, trio members have created arrangements of music of many different styles to add to the repertoire.
